🌼 Devon Cross Square 🌼
This pretty square is rated at a Beginner Skill Level and the pattern is from The Granny Square Book by Margaret Hubert. The square contains double crochet and chain stitches.
I used 4 weight yarn and H/5mm hook
Square size is 7 Inches
I liek this square a lot! It would look much better if I had blocked it, but I just forgot to. The chains give it a nice open look. The pattern did call for a round of singles that I didn't do. It stitched up quick and there's a pattern in the book to make a sweater from this square that is very very pretty
