SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Processing time
Orders are processed according to timeline noted on the listing (48 hours for stocked items/2 weeks for personalized items), excluding weekend and holidays. All items are shipped through the United States Post Office (USPS) and a tracking number will be provided for all shipments.
Cancellations
After an order is submitted processing begins immediately and the order can not be canceled. If you do need to cancel an order, get in touch with us ASAP for options. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.
Returns
Returns will be accepted within 7 days from the original purchase date and a refund will be processed for the price of the order, shipping will not be refunded. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Custom items or sale items are not eligible for return. A custom item may be returned for a replacement if the mistake was on our part.
Damaged Orders
Daisy Laine Boutique is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been shipped. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
