How can I change or cancel my order?
We process all orders as soon as possible and often within hours of being placed. You may be able to make the change in your account. To cancel or change an order please contact us as soon as possible at DaisyLaineBoutique@gmail.com. We will do our best to make the changes you require if the order has not been shipped. We can not guarantee the change or cancel will happen.
I entered the wrong address at checkout and my order hasn't arrived.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping details entered at checkout are correct. If an item is sent to the wrong address and later gets lost or delayed, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible and our policy is not to offer a refund in this situation. Often items will get returned to us and if this happens, only at that time, would a replacement or refund (less shipping costs) be offered.
Can I order place an order as a gift?
Yes! If you would like to ship the gift directly to the recipient, enter their name and address when placing the order. We can also include a gift note if you request this during check out. Please note, when ordering as a gift, please make a note in cart note and send us an email to ensure we receive that information.
Shipping & Returns
How will my order be shipped?
We ship our items USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail. We do not have any control over items once they are accepted at the post office. All items are shipped with a tracking number so if you have not received your item within a timely manner, please notify us as soon as possible.
When are items shipped out?
All in stock items are shipped out within 48 hours (except holidays or weekends). Custom 3D printed items are shipped within 5 days. If there is any additional delays, you will be notified.
How long will my order take to arrive?
You can usually expect your package within 3-10 days. We are located in Tennessee so delivery times tend to depends on distance from us.
What is the cost of postage?
The costs depend on your location, the weight of your order and the current USPS rates. Your shipping options will be displayed at checkout, after you enter your shipping address.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time Daisy Laine Boutique only offers delivery to the United States. Instant downloads such as embroidery designs can be purchased world-wide.
What do I need to do if I need to change or update shipping address after placing an order?
If you have any open orders that have not been shipped you must contact us at DaisyLaineBoutique@gmail.com to update your shipping address. If your order has already been packaged or processed, we are unable to change the shipping details and your order will be shipped to the address provided at the time of order. Please therefore contact us as soon as possible. If you update your shipping address on your account then this will only apply to orders made after the change.
When will I know my order has been shipped?
Once your package has been scanned at the post office, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All shipment information will also be found under your account.
My order is showing as delivered but is not here.
If your order is showing as delivered, please check whether it has been left in a secure location or with a neighbour. If, after checking, you are still unable to locate your package, please check the tracking number with USPS https://www.usps.com/ and then contact us at DaisyLaineBoutique@gmail.com. Please bear in mind that once we ship your package, we carry no responsibility for it's delivery and a claim will have to be made with USPS.
Payments, Promotions & Returns
Do you hold on to my credit card details?
No, all details supplied are not held by us, they are securely used and processed via Shopify processing. We can guarantee the complete security of our site and payment processing SSL via Shopify. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.
Can Daisy Laine Boutique cancelling an order?
We reserve the right to refund and cancel any order based on the misuse of discount codes or any other conduct we deem inappropriate.
Can I return my order?
Yes, we offer a 28-day money back guarantee. Please contact us at support@caterpillarcrossstitch.com and we will provide further details on how to return your unused, unopened and undamaged item to us and a refund will be processed within 10 days. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Any issues with a lost order must be raised within 15 weeks since dispatch or we cannot process a replacement. Digital products, due to their instant nature of delivery, cannot be refunded.
How do I apply I discount code?
On the final checkout page, there is a box under the total price, in which you can enter any active discount code and it will be automatically applied. Please note, discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer.
