The embroidery designs have been digitized by Stephanie Addicott-Hutchins and distributed by Daisy Laine Boutique. All rights to the embroidery designs remain with the original digitizer.
The embroidery designs may be stitched on items that are for sale, to keep, or to give as gifts.
The actual embroidery designs may not be sold, traded or shared in any form or included in any embroidery collection for sale or free. The rights to the embroidery designs themselves remain with the digitizer and may not be sold, shared or transferred to another party without first obtaining the written permission of the designer and digitizer. Buying, selling, trading, transferring or adding these designs to any collection is a violation of copyright law.
All artwork rights remain with the original artist and please see their individual terms of use (TOS) for further information. Many designs are custom drawn by Daisy Laine Boutique, who retains all rights to the artwork.
Design Altering Policy: All embroidery designs are sold as is and we guarantee a wonderful stitch-out and finished design. If you alter a design (i.e. resize, crop, edit etc) we can not guarantee that the design will stitch with the original integrity. You may edit our designs - within reason! All designs are manually digitized and a "labor of love" and we do not want to see them distorted :-)
