Custom Items

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return. If a mistake was made on our part, we will fix it with a refund or replacement if notified within 7 days of delivery.

Instant Download

Items that are available for instant download are not eligible for return. If there is a problem with your download, please contact us.

Returns

Returns for shipped items will be accepted within 7 days from the original purchase date and a refund will be processed for the price of the order, shipping will not be refunded. Items must be returned unused and in original condition.
