🌼 Front Post Double Crochet Square 🌼
This pretty square is rated at Beginner Skill Level and the pattern is from The Granny Square Book Second Edition by Margaret Hubert. The square contains double, single and front post double crochet, magic ring and chain stitches.
I used 4 weight yarn and H/5mm hook
Square size is 6 Inches
Today's color is Green
This square is pretty enough. The front post double crochet gives it a nice texture. It does pull a bit on the sides where the front posts are even after blocking. The pattern called for single crochet on the last round but I did double. Should I ever put it into a blanket, that will make it easier than the singles.
