Nicole's Granny Square
This fun sage square is rated at Easy Skill Level and the pattern came from The Granny Square Book by Margaret Hubert. It only contains 2 stitches; double crochet and chain stitch.
I used 4 weight yarn and H/5mm hook
Square Size is 5 Inches
This is such a gorgeous square! I love wide open designs and this one definately fits that. If you are looking for a fun, frilly pattern - this is it! There is also a half square in the book but I didn't make one.
I found this square very easy to stitch, the pattern was precise and easy to follow. Even after blocking, the square is a little wonky due to all the open spaces. Someone make a blanket and send me pictures!!
